The Friends of the Morgan Hill Library are grateful to the community for its continuing support of our book sales. Donations of good quality, used books are always welcome. These books are sold by the Friends and the proceeds benefit the Library in many ways. Click here for more information on donating books.

There are many ways to volunteer with the Friends of the Morgan Hill Library. Contact us to find out how you can help, or download and print out the survey (PDF). If you're already a volunteer staffer in the Friends' Book Store, see the Volunteer Schedule, below.
Donations are currently sorted all four weekday mornings — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, starting at 9 a.m. If you would like to become a regular, once-a-week sorter, please contact Volunteer Coordinator, Karen MacDonald, at 408-779-3995 for more information. Sorters review all new donations, fill the bargain book and video wall, and straighten and stock the Friends Bookstore and sorting rooms as needed. We hope you can join our team.
Members are encouraged to volunteer to staff the Friends Bookstore and/or set up/take down and staff our periodic Book Sales. All Bookstore volunteers receive training and mentoring sessions. You can sign up for any 2-hour or 3-hour shift, or future Book Sales. Contact Karen MacDonald, at 408-779-3995 to discuss your interest, and schedule your training today!
